Refunds are reviewed based on fulfillment and service terms. Verified unfulfilled quantities may qualify for proportional wallet credits. Cancelled or partial orders do not automatically receive a full refund.

Orders under review are checked before their status is updated. Please avoid placing duplicate orders.

Credits are recorded in your ledger. Open a support ticket with your order ID. Bank refund and withdrawal terms require business review before launch.
